Terms & Conditions

1. Estimate
   
   Any Estimate provided by The Domestic Oven Cleaner prior to the provision of the Service is indicative only and subject to revision if the appliance(s) is not as described. The Customer’s agreement to proceed with the Service(s) constitutes acceptance of that offer and forms a binding legal contract incorporating these Terms of Business.
2. Booking Date
   
   ‍Shall be the date on which The Domestic Oven Cleaner confirms the arrangements, including the cost, date, time and location for the Service(s) to be provided. This is confirmed via email/text message on booking of the appointment and a reminder sent to the Customer 24 hour prior to appointment time.
3. Cancellation/Amending Booking rights
   
   The Customer shall have the right to cancel/amend this contract and this right may be exercised by telephone call, text or email at any time prior to 24 hours of the Booking Date. If the booking is cancelled with less notice than 24 hours, the right to cancel will be lost and the full payment due must be made to The Domestic Oven Cleaner. If the owner of the property is not at the agreed appointment address to allow entry and access to the oven on the day of the oven clean, then this is deemed a ‘no show’ and full payment with be invoiced to the customer.
4. Service(s)
   
   ‍The Service(s) will be provided at a location agreed with the customer. The Domestic Oven Cleaner reserves the right to decide, in its sole discretion, upon the suitability of the location and will not be obliged to provide the Service(s) if either the location or the appliance is not safe or suitable.  The Domestic Oven Cleaner undertakes to carry out the Service(s) at the cost agreed with the Customer, subject to paragraph (1.). The Customer’s authorisation and agreement will be obtained before any further work is carried out that would increase the price agreed.
5. Payment
   
   ‍Unless other arrangements have been agreed before the Service(s) is carried out, payment is due in full upon completion. Payment may be made by Cheque, Cash, Bank Transfer or debit card (where available).
